What is my username?

By default, your username is the email address you entered when you made your purchase with us.

I forgot my username/password. How do I reset it?

To reset your account password, just follow the steps below:
1. Visit www.console.relayresponse.com/reset-password
2. Type your username/email address in the box.
3. Click on the “Recover Password” button.
4. Open your email and follow the instructions to recover your password.

I didn’t receive an email with my login information.

By default, emails are sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase with us. Enter an incorrect email? We can fix that! Contact us at tech at relayresponse.com or chat with us at relayresponse.com.

The app is frozen or not working.

Please ensure your device’s operating system is up-to-date. Also, please try to close the app and reopen it.

On Android: Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app.

iPhone X and later:
1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier, and iPod touch:
1. Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.  
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

I received an Error Message when trying to log in.

1. This error typically means the username/password is incorrect.
2. Check the username and password and try again.
3. Close the app and try again.

Can I turn off the metronome?

The compression rate metronome can be disabled at any time.

1. Go to the main menu of the app and click the gear icon to open settings.
2. Toggle the switch for the Metronome to off.
3. Return to the main menu and resume your training.

Please note that you can also adjust the volume of the metronome to your liking using your smart device’s normal volume buttons. If you are using earpods, ensure the volume is set low before you begin a training session.

The compression feedback is not working.

The compression feedback utilizes sensors in your smart device to calculate the depth and rate of your compressions.

Please note:
1. When compressing with a smartphone, it takes 4-5 compressions before compression feedback data will appear. This is normal operation.
2. When using a phone, it should be placed on a hard flat surface on top of a firm compressible surface. The phone should be placed right next to your hands and you should be cautious that the phone doesn’t rock or wobble while you’re compressing - which may impact the compression feedback data.
3. If you compress much deeper or much shallower than the normal range (2.0-2.4 inches), the feedback will display as “--”. This is normal operation. Adjust your compression depth and try again.
